Broadsands Beach, accessed by 220 steps - but worth it
Broadsands Beach is one of those places that draw people back time and time again to enjoy such an amazing location. A picture-perfect and special place anytime of the year ... with ever changing seasons there is always a great reason to visit Broadsands Beach. Each season offers dramatic, breath-taking views.
A path just outside our campsite gate leads down to the beach that offers safe bathing; although it is only 200 yards to the gate, there are 220 steps down to the beach itself, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with walking difficulties. However, Combe Martin, Ilfracombe & Woolacombe beaches are also close by.
Broadsands Beach has been listed in Britain's Best 40 Beaches.
